Refund and return policy
At BackyardRitual.com, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For items damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Custom or final-sale items cannot be returned.
