large or specialty items: 7-15 days

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5days of delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Backyard Ritual is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice and error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
